"Next year, we'll be back even better"

Right about now, we see some dreams coming to life for our fall athletes. And for others, we're seeing seasons end. There's only one league champion crowed every year and for everyone else it's "better luck next year".

Well, if you're looking to repeat or take the 'ship in 2023, now is the time to start preparing. 8 Gradys is now offering our Winter Sports Performance Classes! We'll make sure you come back a different animal than you were this go around. 

Each class is 60 minutes long, and every athlete is coached from start to finish on proper technique in the weightroom, on the field, and centered around improving strength, speed, agility, power and reducing injuries. These classes are VERY limited, we're only taking 10 athletes for middle school and high school sessions so register now before it's too late!

But you have to act quickly. Sessions start 11/7/22 and they're already filling up. Only a handful of spots left before we close up registration.
